The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, added a touch of luxury to my family trip. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious. Additionally, the hotel's location near the tram station made it convenient to explore the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, from reception to restaurant and hospitality staff, were very polite, helpful, and patient. The shuttle service to the airport was very convenient and helpful, especially when we needed to catch an early flight. The hotel had clean rooms with comfy beds, and the pool was well-maintained. The bar, run by Mario, served delicious pizza from the bar menu. the hotel provided excellent cleanliness, convenient transportation options, and friendly staff.
Almost perfect. The hotel could improve by providing more options for breakfast and dinner. Some of the room facilities, like the water taps, needed maintenance.
