From the moment we arrived at Hotel Carmel, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our family had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing plenty of space for our children to move around and play. The hotel also had a variety of amenities that catered to families, such as a playground and a game room, keeping our little ones entertained throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to public transport and only a short distance away from the city center. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cute outdoor roof terrace where we enjoyed breakfast on a sunny day. The staff was amazing, always ready to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations for sightseeing and dining. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

I had an amazing stay in this city. The hotel's location was superb, right in the heart of Rome. It was convenient and safe, making it easy for me to explore the main attractions in the center of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, from the rooms to the facilities. The breakfast included was a great addition, with a pleasant breakfast room and adequate options. The staff was excellent, always helpful and accommodating.
