The hotel's location in the very center of the city was fantastic, right off a bustling square. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with upscale decor and a recently remodeled interior. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a stress-free stay. The parking facilities provided by the hotel were convenient and greatly appreciated.

It was a short walk to the main streets, a restaurant close by, and popular tourist sites like the Villa d'Este and the fortress. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and recently renovated with upscale decor. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing helpful recommendations and allowing flexibility with check-in and check-out times. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lift, a beautiful balcony overlooking the castle, and a water dispenser in the common area. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to the main streets and restaurant, and the helpful staff were the best aspects of this stay.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location was amazing, right off a bustling square in the centre of the city. I could easily walk to the old fortress and the famous gardens. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious room and a balcony that had a lovely view. The staff were very kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The cleanliness was impeccable, not a speck of dust to be seen. Additionally, the breakfast at the nearby café was delicious, with croissants and coffee to start the day.
