I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything in the city, including the main square for buses and transportation. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a newly renovated and fresh atmosphere.

The hotel had a wonderful old building with lots of character outside, while being well updated to modern standards inside. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with clean bedding and white towels changed daily. The hotel had good communication, with the owner meeting us on arrival and making us feel welcome. The location was amazing, once we found it, with the hotel being located in a quiet area within walking distance to everything in this city. The breakfast provided was typical Italian, with a soft fresh croissant and a buffet with local cakes and yoghurts.

Location down the hill to the main square for buses etc: The hotel is conveniently located within 10-15 minutes of most of the old city and landmarks. Close to everything: The hotel is situated in the centro storico, making it easy to access all the attractions in the area. Breakfast: The breakfast provided a wide variety to choose from, including juices, cereal, yogurt, fruit.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was superb, with the rooms/apartments being spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were also great, with everything in the room being new and in working order. The location was a major highlight, as it was close to everything in Tivoli. I loved being able to walk to the main square, as well as to the Villa D'Este, shopping areas, train station, and restaurants. The staff, especially Diana, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The breakfast, although not fancy, was more than enough, with plenty of juice, fruit.
For me, it was ideal.
