As a family, we recently traveled to Rome and stayed at the Hotel Serena. We had a fantastic time exploring the city, but we also thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. One of the features of the hotel that stood out to us was the Jacuzzi. We spent several evenings soaking in the warm water after a long day of sightseeing, and it was the perfect way to relax and unwind.
The Jacuzzi at Hotel Serena is located on the rooftop terrace, which provides stunning views of the city. It was a beautiful setting to soak in the warm water and take in the sights of Rome at the same time. Additionally, the Jacuzzi was well-maintained, and we felt that it was clean and hygienic. We appreciated that the hotel took the time to ensure that the Jacuzzi was in top condition for their guests.
Overall, the Jacuzzi at Hotel Serena was a delightful feature that added an extra touch of luxury to our stay in Rome. It was particularly lovely to enjoy this amenity as a family, as it allowed us to bond and unwind together after a busy day exploring the city. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with the hotel being very close to the main train station, making it super convenient for transportation. It was also situated on a street filled with restaurants, providing plenty of dining options. The staff was nice and accommodating, always ensuring that our room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast served was decent, with a cold buffet available. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the convenient location!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience great. Marco at reception even took the time to teach us some basic Italian and gave us amazing recommendations for places to visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with our room being perfectly clean and in very good condition. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was very close to the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore and Rome station, making transportation easy.

We loved the hotel's location close to the main train station with easy access to the airport. There were plenty of restaurants around and we also found grocery stores nearby. Being near Santa Maria Maggiore and not far from the Colosseum was a major plus. The hotel itself was very clean, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast options were varied and self-service, which we appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
