In many ways, this hotel was like a fading beloved actress, still elegant and charming. The staff were friendly and professional, and the concierge team did a fantastic job recommending and making our restaurant reservations for our entire stay. The hotel had a comfortable and quiet room, and I particularly enjoyed the classic lobby, which reminded me of the old days. The location was also great, being near the metro and away from the touristy, crowded spots.

Nothing, no complaints at all.
